Axeville Axe Throwing Club – Asheville – PERMANENTLY CLOSED

The Axeville Axe Throwing Club in Asheville, North Carolina, operated as a sports club specializing in axe throwing. Located at 99 New Leicester Highway, the venue offered a casual, interactive experience centered on the sport. While the club has since permanently closed, it previously provided a space where participants could learn and practice axe throwing in a structured setting.

The facility included basic amenities such as a restroom and was designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking, and restroom. The sport itself required minimal prior experience, with instructors available to guide beginners through proper technique. For those interested in axe throwing, the club’s website, throwaxeville.com, was the primary source of information before its closure. Visitors were advised to confirm current status or alternative options, as the venue no longer operates. If planning a visit, checking for updates or similar local establishments would be necessary. The experience typically included rental axes, targets, and guidance from staff.
